=S=> BGB 1249 A person , who through the sale of the pledged item would forfeit a right in the pledged item , may satisfy the pledgee as soon as the debtor is entitled to perform . The provision of section 268 ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) applies with the necessary modifications .
