=S=> BGB 1213. 1 The pledge may be created in such a way that the pledgee is entitled to take the emoluments of the pledged item .
=S=> BGB 1213. 2 If a thing which by its nature bears fruit is delivered to the pledgee for his sole possession , it is to be presumed in case of doubt that the pledgee is to be entitled to take the fruit .
