=S=> BGB 1189. 1 In the case of a mortgage of the kind designated in section 1187 , a representative may be appointed for the current creditor with power to make certain dispositions with regard to the mortgage with effect for and against every subsequent creditor , and to represent the creditor in the enforcement of the mortgage . For the representative to be appointed , entry in the Land Register is necessary .
=S=> BGB 1189. 2 If the owner is entitled to demand from the creditor a disposition that the representative is authorised to make , he may demand that the representative make the disposition .
