=S=> BGB 1159. 1 To the extent that the claim is for arrears of interest or other supplementary payments , the transfer and the legal relationship between the owner and the new creditor are governed by the general provisions that apply to the transfer of claims . The same applies to a claim for the reimbursement of costs for which the plot of land is liable in accordance with section 1118.
