=S=> BGB 1156 The provisions of sections 406 to 408 governing the transfer of the claim do not apply to the legal relationship between the owner and the new creditor with regard to the mortgage . The new creditor must , however , permit a notice of termination of the owner served on the previous creditor to be asserted against himself unless the transfer is known to the owner or is registered in the Land Register at the time of the notice .
