=S=> BGB 1152 If there is a division of the claim , then unless the issue of a mortgage certificate is excluded , a partial mortgage certificate may be issued for each part ; the approval of the owner of the plot of land is not required . The partial mortgage certificate takes the place of the previous certificate for the part to which it relates .
