=S=> BGB 1126 If a right to recurring acts of performance is connected with the ownership of the plot of land , the mortgage extends to claims for these acts of performance . The provisions of section 1123 ( 2 ) sentence 1 , section 1124 ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) and section 1125 apply with the necessary modifications . A disposition made before the attachment in respect of a claim for an act of performance that first becomes due three months after the attachment is ineffective in relation to the mortgage creditor .
