=S=> BGB 1120 The mortgage extends to the products separated from the plot of land and to other components unless , by separation in accordance with sections 954 to 957 , they passed into the ownership of a person other than the owner or the owner-occupier of the plot of land , as well as to the accessories of the plot of land with the exception of accessories that have not passed into the ownership of the owner of the plot of land .
