=S=> BGB 1119. 1 If the claim is interest-free or if the rate of interest is less than five per cent , the mortgage may , without the approval of the persons entitled with equal or lower priority , be extended so that the plot of land is liable for interest of up to five per cent .
=S=> BGB 1119. 2 For an amendment to the time and place of payment , the approval of these persons entitled is likewise unnecessary .
