=S=> BGB 1115. 1 Upon the registration of the mortgage , the creditor , the amount of the claim and , where the claim bears interest , the rate of interest , and if other supplementary payments are to be made , their amount , must be stated in the Land Register ; apart from this , in order to describe the claim , reference may be made to the consent to registration .
=S=> BGB 1115. 2 Upon the registration of the mortgage for a loan by a credit institution whose articles of association have been publicly disclosed by the public authority responsible , reference to the articles of association is sufficient to designate the supplementary payments apart from the interest that are to be made in accordance with the articles of association .
