=S=> BGB 901 Where a right in a plot of land belonging to another is wrongly deleted in the Land Register , it is extinguished if the claim of the person entitled in relation to the owner becomes statute-barred . The same applies if a right to a plot of land belonging to another that comes into existence by operation of law has not been registered in the Land Register .
