=S=> BGB 899a If a civil-law partnership has been entered in the land register , it is also presumed with regard to the registered right that the partners are those persons who have been entered in the land register pursuant to section 47 ( 2 ) sentence 1 of the Land Register Act [ Grundbuchordnung ] , and that there are no further partners over and above these persons . Sections 892 to 899 apply with the necessary modifications with regard to the registration of the partners .
