=S=> BGB 899. 1 In the cases in section 894 , an objection challenging the accuracy of the Land Register may be registered .
=S=> BGB 899. 2 The registration is made on the basis of an interim injunction or on the basis of consent from the person whose right is affected by the correction of the Land Register . For the issuing of the interim injunction it is not necessary for an endangerment of the right of the person objecting to be credibly established .
