=S=> BGB 894 If the contents of the Land Register are not consistent with the actual legal position with regard to a right in the plot of land , a right in such a right or a restriction of disposition of the kind set out in section 892 ( 1 ) , the person whose right is not registered or not correctly registered or is disadvantaged by the registration of an encumbrance or restriction that does not exist may require approval of the correction of the Land Register from the person whose right is affected by the correction .
