=S=> BGB 893 The provision in section 892 applies with the necessary modifications if performance on the basis of this right is made to the person for whom a right has been registered in the Land Register or if between this person and another person , on the basis of this right , a legal transaction that does not fall under the provision of section 892 is entered into and this legal transaction contains a disposition of the right .
