=S=> BGB 882 Where a plot of land is encumbered with a right for which , under the provisions applying to compulsory auction , if the right is extinguished by the acceptance of the bid , the person entitled is to be compensated from the proceeds of sale , the maximum amount of compensation may be determined . The determination must be registered in the Land Register .
