=U4= Sec505 -- Section 505 Contracts for delivery by instalments

-- =S=> BGB 505. 1 Subject to sentence 2 , in contracts with an entrepreneur in which the declaration of intent of the consumer is directed to entering into a contract which relates to the supply of more than one thing sold as belonging together by way of instalments and for which remuneration is to be paid for the totality of the things in instalments , or relates to the periodic supply of things of the same kind , or relates to the duty of recurrent acquisition or procurement of things , the consumer has a right of revocation under section 355. This does not apply to the extent specified in section 491 ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) . The net loan amount referred to in section 491 ( 2 ) no . 1 is equal to the sum of all instalments to be paid by the consumer before the earliest possible date for giving notice of termination .
=S=> BGB 505. 2 The contract for delivery by instalments under subsection ( 1 ) must be in writing . Sentence 1 does not apply if the consumer is given the possibility of retrieving the terms of the contract , including the standard business terms , when he enters into the contract and of storing them in a reproducible form . The entrepreneur must provide the consumer with the contents of the contract in text form .
