=S=> GG 115f. 1 During a state of defence the Federal Government , to the extent circumstances require , may : employ the Federal Border Police throughout the federal territory ; issue instructions not only to federal administrative authorities but also to Land governments and , if it deems the matter urgent , to Land authorities , and may delegate this power to members of Land governments designated by it .
=S=> GG 115f. 2 The Bundestag , the Bundesrat and the Joint Committee shall be informed without delay of the measures taken in accordance with paragraph ( 1 ) of this Article .
