=S=> BGB 2267 To make a joint will in accordance with section 2247 , it suffices if one of the spouses makes a will in the manner provided there , and the other spouse co-signs the joint declaration in his own hand . The co-signing spouse should thereby state the time ( day , month and year ) and the place at which his signature was affixed .
