If the traveller gives notice , then the travel organiser is entitled to demand the agreed package price minus the expenses saved . The travel organiser is obliged to take the measures necessitated by termination of the contract , in particular , without limitation , if the contract includes return transport , transporting the exchange student back home . Extra costs are borne by the traveller . The sentences above do not apply if the traveller may give notice in accordance with sections 651e or 651j. |
