BGB 1901c A person who is in possession of a document in which a person , for the contingency that he is under custodianship , has communicated suggestions on the choice of the custodian or wishes for the conduct of the custodianship , must without undue delay deliver it to the custodianship court after he obtains knowledge that proceedings for the appointment of a custodian have been commenced . Similarly , the possessor must inform the custodianship court of documents in which the person concerned has authorised another person to take care of his affairs . The custodianship court may require a copy to be submitted .
