BGB 2055. 1 When the inheritance is partitioned , the value of the gift that each co-heir has to have adjusted is counted towards the share of the inheritance of that co-heir . The value of all the gifts that are to be adjusted is added to the estate to the extent that the estate is due to the co-heirs among whom the adjustment takes place .
BGB 2062 The order of the administration of the estate may be applied for only jointly by the heirs ; it is excluded after the estate has been partitioned .
