| BGB 505. 1 Subject to sentence 2 , in contracts with an entrepreneur in which the declaration of intent of the consumer is directed to entering into a contract which relates to the supply of more than one thing sold as belonging together by way of instalments and for which remuneration is to be paid for the totality of the things in instalments , or relates to the periodic supply of things of the same kind , or relates to the duty of recurrent acquisition or procurement of things , the consumer has a right of revocation under section 355.
