Kte 927 Alle Ordensleute gehören zu den Mitarbeitern des Diözesanbischofs in seinem Hjrtenamt [ Vgl . CD 33-35 ] , auch dann , wenn sie ihm nicht direkt unterstellt [ exempt ] sind [ Vgl . [ link ] CIC , can . 591 ] . Zur missionarischen Einpflanzung und Ausbreitung der Kirche ist es schon von Anfang der Evangelisierung an notwendig , daß das Ordensleben in allen seinen Formen vorhanden ist [ Vgl . AG 18 ; 40. ] . Die Geschichte bestätigt die großen Verdienste der Ordensfamilien bei der Ausbreitung des Glaubens und der Bildung neuer Kirchen : von den alten monastischen Einrichtungen zu den mittelalterlichen Orden bis zu den neuzeitlichen Kongregationen ( RM 69 ) .
BGB 738. 1 If a partner retires from the partnership , then his share in the assets of the partnership accrues to the remaining partners . The latter are obliged to return to the retiring partner under the provisions of section 732 the items he transferred to the partnership for use and to exempt him from joint debts and to pay him what he would receive in case of winding-up if the partnership had been dissolved at the time of his retirement . If joint debts are not yet due for repayment , then the remaining partners may provide the retiring partner with security instead of exempting him .
BGB 1817. 1 The family court may , on the application of the guardian , exempt him from the duties imposed on him under sections 1806 to 1816 , to the extent that the scope of the management of assets justifies this and an endangerment of the assets is not to be feared . The requirements of no . 1 are as a rule satisfied if the value of the property , without taking real property into account , does not exceed 6,000 euros .
BGB 1817. 2 The family court may , for special reasons , exempt the guardian from the duties imposed on him under sections 1814 and 1816 even if the requirements of subsection ( 1 ) no . 1 are not satisfied .
