=S=> BGB 1893. 1 In the case of the termination of the guardianship or of the office of guardian , the provisions of sections 1698a and 1698b apply with the necessary modifications .

In the cases of sections 1791a and 1791b , the order of the familycourt is to be returned , and in the case of section 1791c the certificate on the commencement of the guardianship .
