=S=> BGB 1831 A unilateral legal transaction which the guardian enters into without the necessary approval of the family court is ineffective . Where the guardian , with this approval , enters into such a legal transaction with another person , the legal transaction is ineffective if the guardian does not provide the approval and the other person for this reason and without undue delay rejects the legal transaction .
