=S=> BGB 1816 If Debt Register claims against the Federal Government or a Land are part of the property of the ward at the time when the guardianship is ordered , or if the ward later acquires such claims , the guardian is to have a memorandum entered in the Debt Register that he may dispose of the claims only with the approval of the family court .
