=S=> BGB 1813. 1 The guardian does not require the approval of the supervisory guardian to accept performance owed : if the object of the performance does not consist in money or securities , if the claim is for not more than 3,000 euros , if money that the guardian invested is paid back , if the claim is part of the emoluments of the property of the ward , if the claim is directed to the reimbursement of the costs of giving notice or to the prosecution of rights or to other collateral performance .
=S=> BGB 1813. 2 The exemption under subsection ( 1 ) nos . 2 and 3 does not extend to the collection of money upon the investment of which a provision to the contrary was made . Nor does the exemption under subsection ( 1 ) no . 3 apply to the collection of money which is invested under section 1807 ( 1 ) nos . 1 to 4.
