=S=> BGB 1805 The guardian may not use assets of the ward either for himself nor for the supervisory guardian . If the youth welfare office is the guardian or supervisory guardian , the investment of money held in trust for a ward under section 1807 is also admissible in the corporation in which the youth welfare office is established .
