=S=> BGB 1802. 1 The guardian must make a list of the assets that are available when the guardianship is ordered or that accrue to the ward later and submit the list to the family court , after providing it with a declaration of correctness and completeness . If there is a supervisory guardian , the guardian must involve him when making the list ; the list must be provided with a declaration of correctness and completeness by the supervisory guardian too .
=S=> BGB 1802. 2 The guardian , when making the list , may avail himself of the help of an official , a notary or another expert .
=S=> BGB 1802. 3 If the inventory submitted is inadequate , the family court may order that the inventory is made by a competent public authority or by a competent official or notary .
