=S=> BGB 982 The public notice prescribed in sections 980 and 981 is made in the case of [ Reich ] authorities and [ Reich ] agencies under the provisions enacted by the Federal Council [ Bundesrat ] , and in the other cases under the provisions issued by the central authority of the state [ Bundesstaat ] .
