=S=> BGB 651d. 1 If the travel package is defective within the meaning of section 651c ( 1 ) , then the travel package price is reduced for the duration of the defect subject to the provisions of section 638 ( 3 ) . Section 638 ( 4 ) applies with the necessary modifications .
