=S=> BGB 78. 1 The local court [ Amtsgericht ] may enjoin the members of the board to comply with the provisions of section 67 ( 1 ) , section 71 ( 1 ) , section 72 , section 74 ( 2 ) and section 76 by imposing coercive fines .
