EnglischBGB 2357. 3 If the application is not made by all the heirs , it must contain a statement that the other heirs have accepted the inheritance . The provisions of section 2356 apply also to the statements made by the applicant referring to the other heirs .
BGB 2357. 3 Wird der Antrag nicht von allen Erben gestellt , so hat er die Angabe zu enthalten , dass die übrigen Erben die Erbschaft angenommen haben . Die Vorschrift des § 2356 gilt auch für die sich auf die übrigen Erben beziehenden Angaben des Antragstellers .
