BGB 2270. 2 Ein solches Verhältnis der Verfügungen zueinander ist im Zweifel anzunehmen , wenn sich die Ehegatten gegenseitig bedenken oder wenn dem einen Ehegatten von dem anderen eine Zuwendung gemacht und für den Fall des Überlebens des Bedachten eine Verfügung zugunsten einer Person getroffen wird , die mit dem anderen Ehegatten verwandt ist oder ihm sonst nahe steht .
