BGB 2215. 1 Der Testamentsvollstrecker hat dem Erben unverzüglich nach der Annahme des Amts ein Verzeichnis der seiner Verwaltung unterliegenden Nachlassgegenstände und der bekannten Nachlassverbindlichkeiten mitzuteilen und ihm die zur Aufnahme des Inventars sonst erforderliche Beihilfe zu leisten .
