EnglischBGB 2208. 1 The executor does not have the rights specified in sections 2203 to 2206 to the extent that it is to be presumed that the testator did not intend that he should have them . If only individual objects of the estate are subject to the administration of the executor , he is entitled to the powers specified in section 2205 sentence 2 only in respect of these objects .
BGB 2208. 1 Der Testamentsvollstrecker hat die in den §§ 2203 bis 2206 bestimmten Rechte nicht , soweit anzunehmen ist , dass sie ihm nach dem Willen des Erblassers nicht zustehen sollen . Unterliegen der Verwaltung des Testamentsvollstreckers nur einzelne Nachlassgegenstände , so stehen ihm die im § 2205 Satz 2 bestimmten Befugnisse nur in Ansehung dieser Gegenstände zu .
