BGB 2173 If the testator has bequeathed a claim due to him , then , if the claim is settled before the devolution of the inheritance , and if the object delivered is still in existence as part of the inheritance , it is to be presumed , in case of doubt , that this object is to be bequeathed to the person provided for .
