BGB 2167 If , in addition to the bequeathed plot of land , other plots of land belonging to the inheritance are encumbered with the mortgage , the obligation of the legatee specified in section 2166 is , in case of doubt , restricted to the part of the debt that corresponds to the value of the bequeathed plot of land in proportion to the value of all the plots of land .
