BGB 2153. 2 Kann der Beschwerte oder der Dritte die Bestimmung nicht treffen , so sind die Bedachten zu gleichen Teilen berechtigt . Die Vorschrift des § 2151 Abs . 3 Satz 2 findet entsprechende Anwendung .
