BGB 1903. 1 To the extent that this is necessary to prevent a substantial danger for the person or the property of the person under custodianship , the custodianship court orders that the person under custodianship requires the consent of the custodian for a declaration of intention that relates to the group of tasks of the custodian ( reservation of consent ) . Sections 108 - 113 , 131 ( 2 ) and section 210 apply with the necessary modifications .

BGB 1903. 1 Soweit dies zur Abwendung einer erheblichen Gefahr für die Person oder das Vermögen des Betreuten erforderlich ist , ordnet das Betreuungsgericht an , dass der Betreute zu einer Willenserklärung , die den Aufgabenkreis des Betreuers betrifft , dessen Einwilligung bedarf ( Einwilligungsvorbehalt ) . Die §§ 108 bis 113 , 131 Abs . 2 und § 210 gelten entsprechend .
