BGB 1897. 2 Der Mitarbeiter eines nach § 1908f anerkannten Betreuungsvereins , der dort ausschließlich oder teilweise als Betreuer tätig ist ( Vereinsbetreuer ) , darf nur mit Einwilligung des Vereins bestellt werden . Entsprechendes gilt für den Mitarbeiter einer in Betreuungsangelegenheiten zuständigen Behörde , der dort ausschließlich oder teilweise als Betreuer tätig ist ( Behördenbetreuer ) .
