Nach dem Tode des Mündels haftet sein Erbe nur mit dem Wert des im Zeitpunkt des Erbfalls vorhandenen Nachlasses ; § 102 Abs . 3 und 4 des Zwölften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch gilt entsprechend , § 1836c findet auf den Erben keine Anwendung .
