BGB 1836. 1 Die Vormundschaft wird unentgeltlich geführt . Sie wird ausnahmsweise entgeltlich geführt , wenn das Gericht bei der Bestellung des Vormunds feststellt , dass der Vormund die Vormundschaft berufsmäßig führt . Das Nähere regelt das Vormünder - und Betreuervergütungsgesetz .
