BGB 1817. 1 Das Familiengericht kann den Vormund auf dessen Antrag von den ihm nach den §§ 1806 bis 1816 obliegenden Verpflichtungen entbinden , soweit 1. der Umfang der Vermögensverwaltung dies rechtfertigt und 2. eine Gefährdung des Vermögens nicht zu besorgen ist . Die Voraussetzungen der Nummer 1 liegen im Regelfall vor , wenn der Wert des Vermögens ohne Berücksichtigung von Grundbesitz 6 000 Euro nicht übersteigt .
