BGB 1814 The guardian must deposit the bearer instruments that are part of the property of the ward , together with the renewal certificates , with a depositary institution or with one of the credit institutions named in section 1807 ( 1 ) no . 5 , subject to the condition that the return of the instruments may be demanded only with the approval of the family court . The deposit of bearer instruments that under section 92 are consumable things , and of interest , annuity or dividend coupons is not necessary . Instruments made out to order and endorsed in blank are equivalent to bearer instruments .
