BGB 1640. 1 The parents must make an inventory of the property subject to their management which the child acquires as a result of death , affix to the inventory an affirmation that it is correct and complete and submit the inventory to the family court . BGB 1640. 1 Die Eltern haben das ihrer Verwaltung unterliegende Vermögen , welches das Kind von Todes wegen erwirbt , zu verzeichnen , das Verzeichnis mit der Versicherung der Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit zu versehen und dem Familiengericht einzureichen . Gleiches gilt für Vermögen , welches das Kind sonst anläßlich eines Sterbefalls erwirbt , sowie für Abfindungen , die anstelle von Unterhalt gewährt werden , und unentgeltliche Zuwendungen . Bei Haushaltsgegenständen genügt die Angabe des Gesamtwerts .
