BGB 1598a. 1 Zur Klärung der leiblichen Abstammung des Kindes können 1. der Vater jeweils von Mutter und Kind , 2. die Mutter jeweils von Vater und Kind und 3. das Kind jeweils von beiden Elternteilen verlangen , dass diese in eine genetische Abstammungsuntersuchung einwilligen und die Entnahme einer für die Untersuchung geeigneten genetischen Probe dulden . Die Probe muss nach den anerkannten Grundsätzen der Wissenschaft entnommen werden .
