Für einen Geschäftsunfähigen kann der gesetzliche Vertreter mit Genehmigung des Familiengerichts anerkennen ; ist der gesetzliche Vertreter ein Betreuer , ist die Genehmigung des Betreuungsgerichts erforderlich . Für die Zustimmung der Mutter gelten die Sätze 1 bis 3 entsprechend .
