BGB 1390. 3 Die Verjährungsfrist des Anspruchs beginnt mit der Beendigung des Güterstands . Endet der Güterstand durch den Tod eines Ehegatten , so wird die Verjährung nicht dadurch gehemmt , dass der Anspruch erst geltend gemacht werden kann , wenn der Ehegatte die Erbschaft oder ein Vermächtnis ausgeschlagen hat .
